ESPN teamed up with Entertainment Solutions to host the biggest 2011 Bowl Championship Series pre-game party outside of the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ. The event attracted large crowds of Auburn University and University of Oregon fans who enjoyed a performance by 30 Seconds To Mars, team pep rallies, free tailgating games and a live ESPN sports news broadcast. The Entertainment Solutions team worked diligently with ESPN and the 30 Seconds To Mars crew to plan the logistics of a five-minute live performance broadcast that appeared on ESPN and ESPNU in the pre-game coverage. Our company was also responsible for coordinating stage, sound and lighting, along with designing the stage decor and organizing entertainment and staff catering.

The Fiesta Bowl Block Party and Entertainment Solutions, Inc. returned to the streets of Downtown Tempe for the event's 26th year ringing in the New Year in style. Family activities, street performers, live music, DJ dance parties, food vendors, plus carnival games make this event a New Year's tradition for families throughout the Phoenix Valley. Home-grown, nationally recognized bands Jimmy Eat World, The Maine and Kinch were featured on the main stage and the crowds were treated to an unbeatable fireworks show. For the second year running, Entertainment Solutions, Inc. returned to rock the strip with the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series to produce entertainment for their flagship event. Shutting down the Las Vegas Strip (Las Vegas Blvd.), Entertainment Solutions placed stages along its entire length and booked over 60 bands to perform along the race course which wound through surrounding parts of the city. Arizona’s Celebration of Freedom, held the Friday and Saturday before the Fourth of July each year is not just a fireworks show but a two-day celebration of America’s freedom and independence culminating with a spectacular pyrotechnic show and salute to America. Volleyball Festival and Entertainment Solutions took over Phoenix's Chase Field for a weekend when they came together for the second time to produce the opening ceremonies for the annual Volleyball Festival. A stage, sound system, props and fireworks were installed on the baseball field inside Arizona's famous air-conditioned ballpark. The event hosted 8,000 teenage volleyball athletes, 2,000 coaches and chaperones and thousands of parents, family and friends. The event featured the grand entertance the volleyball teams from across North America, along with a flag ceremony and special guest speakers. Over 5,500 teenage athletes, their coaches and parents enjoyed the opening ceremony festivities which included a grand entrance of athletes, a dance party hosted by a music video-DJ and an interactive magic show. Entertainment Solutions, Inc. brought the Circle K Tempe Music Festival back for its seventh year in Tempe Beach Park. The event features multiple stages of regional and national entertainment, interactive sponsor displays, extreme sports demonstrations and family activities, all produced by the Entertainment Solutions team. The 2009 Circle K Tempe Music Festival featured acts such as Kid Rock, 3 Doors Down, All American Rejects, The Outlaws, Tom Morello the Nightwatchman, MUTEMATH, Shiny Toy Guns and many, many more. In conjunction with the Circle K Tempe Music Festival, Entertainment Solutions, Inc. produced multiple concerts at venues such as Tempe Marketplace, Desert Ridge Marketplace and Alice Cooper'stown. Each live show was a part of the annual SRP Garage Band Competition in which high school and college student musicians compete for a chance to perform on the main stage and Circle K Tempe Music Festival.
